Sales and Rentals on Your Terms

From the initial assessment to negotiations, we'll shape the process around your property, timeframe and preferred level of publicity.

What You'll Have Before Your Listing Goes Live

For a sale, we'll first review the property's condition, available documents and comparable listings in the area. We'll propose a price range, presentation approach and schedule. Once you approve them, we'll prepare the copy, photographs to the agreed extent and a viewing plan. For rentals, we'll also cover terms of use and communication with interested tenants. Preparation usually takes a few working days, depending on the availability of documents. You'll have an approved listing and a clear outline of the next steps, not a promise of a particular price or completion date.

Who Decides What Gets Published?

You do. Before preparing the listing, we'll agree on whether it should be public or shared only with selected people, and which details should remain private. A more targeted approach may limit the number of people who hear about the property and affect how long it takes to find a buyer or tenant. We'll discuss these implications up front so you can choose how to present it with a clear understanding of the trade-offs.

Three Agreed Stages

Initial Brief

Tell us what you need, your timeframe and what you consider sensitive. We'll explain which documents we need for an initial assessment.

Proposed Approach

You'll review the proposed price, scope of the presentation and communication plan. Before we proceed, we'll agree on the scope and terms of the service.

Ongoing Communication

We'll share relevant feedback during viewings and negotiations. If interest or circumstances change, we'll decide together whether to adjust the approach.
