Terraeforge was founded for people who want more control over information and less unnecessary attention when making property decisions.
Good Property Advice Starts With Listening
Terraeforge is a small estate agency working in Prešov and the surrounding area. We help owners sell and rent out apartments, houses and other spaces; we also help property seekers understand listings and arrange viewings. We offer market price assessments and consultations before you decide whether to list a property at all. Our work is about more than preparing an advert. First, we need to understand your situation: whether you're in a hurry, whether someone lives in the property and what information we can share. Only then does it make sense to choose a price, photographs, advertising channels and an approach to speaking with interested buyers or tenants. Since 2021, we've used this process particularly for properties whose owners want a reasonable degree of privacy.
Privacy Has Its Limits
When we work together, we'll review the available documents, the property's condition and comparable listings in Prešov or the relevant town or village. We'll prepare a proposal for presenting the property and ask for your feedback before publishing it. We coordinate viewings so both owners and visitors know what to expect. We'll keep you informed about questions and offers received, including anything that still needs checking. Discretion has limits: we can't ensure that information will never be shared beyond the people we contact, or say when a buyer will be found. A market assessment doesn't replace a certified valuation, and legal or technical conclusions belong with qualified specialists. Our aim is an honest process that gives you the information to make your own decision.
